On January 3rd, Hanersun released its new HITOUCH 6N series, a new generation of modules based on TOPCon technology and 210mm silicon wafers. This series of products is another masterpiece of the N-type technology of Hanersun, which is based on the HITOUCH 5N series and optimized by Hanersun with its technical advantages in the 210 large format.
The power output of HITOUCH 6N series reaches its ultimate high, 695W, with a module efficiency of up to 22.37% and a bifaciality of 80-85%; it’s also equipped with an IP68 waterproof junction box. There is a significant increase in efficiency and power output of HITOUCH 6N compared to the same format of perc products, which in turn leads to substantial savings in BOS costs and reduces the cost of electricity to a new low. The TOPCon cells adopt a new surface passivation technology and metal contact system for perfect optical matching and maximize light absorption and utilization. At the same time, N-type silicon wafers have a higher Minority-carrier Lifetime and resistance to fading, making them highly compatible with TOPCon cells and offering significant efficiency advantages. After continuous breakthroughs and accumulation of relevant mass production capabilities, Hanersun launched the HITOUCH 5N series modules with 182mm TOPCon technology for the first time in 2022 and has started shipping them worldwide from then on, with continuous optimization of production, equipment, and processes from the module side.
