On April 17, Hanersun and the Ark-Nanjing Special Education Center co-hosted a community art event in Nanjing, China. More than 50 students and volunteers painted the spring scenery on a 20-meter-long scroll. This event is the first stop of Hanersun’s “Lighting Up Tomorrow” corporate social responsibility ( CSR) plan, aiming to promote social connections among special groups through artistic creation and help build an open and inclusive community ecosystem.
In the spring sunshine, a blank scroll was unrolled for free expression. Some students sketched quietly, while others painted with enthusiasm, capturing their pure and vibrant impressions of spring. By sunset, the scroll had become a vivid reflection of human diversity and creativity.
Coinciding with its 10th anniversary, Hanersun has launched a new CSR plan focused on education, rural revitalization, and social development. Through partnerships with nonprofits organizations, the company is committed to help build a more inclusive, diverse, and equitable society.
“Technology measures the energy of light, but today these children reminded us of its warmth,” said Guohua Wu, Hanersun’s vice president. “Our mission goes beyond delivering clean energy. This event with the Ark Center is a reflection of what ‘Lighting Up Tomorrow’ stands for—a commitment to people, diversity, and shared growth.”
The Ark-Nanjing Center is a nonprofit organization that provides rehabilitation, education, and vocational planning for individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, and mental disorders. With three daytime training centers and one residential care facility, the center has brought hope to hundreds of families. As a co-organizer of the event, Hanersun remains committed to its mission of “business for good,” advancing clean energy while actively supporting the community through meaningful engagement.
